Councils on Aging – Cape Cod & The Islands

Over the years, Cape Cod’s Councils on Aging have been a tremendous advocate for seniors here in Barnstable County. From transportation to housing to health care and adult day care, the COA’s have been an outspoken voice for the needs of seniors.

Each Cape Cod town has a Council on Aging that sponsors programs especially for older people.
