DESCRIPTION:  \nWe’ve come so far together …\nIn just two years\, the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center has fostered a thriving community of Cape Codders by providing free support for people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia in every town on the Cape from Bourne to Provincetown. Now we’re taking some time to celebrate how far we’ve come\, and to usher in the next leg of the journey. \n  \n  \n  \n  \nJoin us on Saturday\, March 25 at First Crush Winery in Harwich for wine and chocolate. Then come for brunch on Sunday\, April 2 at the Dennis Inn to celebrate our second anniversary as the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center! \n \nProceeds fund free services for families and individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia-related diseases on Cape Cod. \nEveryone is welcome to attend\, regardless of ability\n to pay.
